monthly
parkers
are
required
to
use
the
magnetic
card
EVERY
TIME,
to
enter
and
exit
the
facility.
All monthly parkers are required to exhibit the appropriate sticker on their vehicle. All monthly parkers are required to park in the monthly area of the building. The lower levels of the building are reserved for hourly parkers, please note that the monthly areas are clearly marked. Reasons for cancellation include: unauthorized use of the access card, parking in hourly reserved areas, refusal to exhibit monthly sticker, or failure to pay accounts. Many monthly parkers have requested that they be allowed to park downstairs in the evenings to avoid any problems of vandalism to their automobile. CPC will allow any monthly parker at Market Street to park downstairs at anytime after 5:30 P.M. as long as the car is out of the hourly parking area by 9:00 a.m. the following day so that your car will not be tagged for incorrect parking or for owing monies for staying past closing time as an hourly parker.
